Contributions to Meg for Merrimack are subject to the limits and prohibitions of New Hampshire law. Contributions are not tax deductible.

Of note, New Hampshire law requires political committees to report the name and mailing address of all contributors, as well as the occupation and principal place of business of contributors giving more than $200.

Contributions are limited to $15,000 per individual per two-year election cycle. Contributions from corporations and labor unions are prohibited.

By proceeding with this transaction and contributing to Meg for Merrimack, you certify that:

  • You are an individual contributing your own personal funds, and not a corporation, labor union, or other prohibited entity.

  • This contribution is not made in the name of another person, and you will not be reimbursed for this contribution by any other individual or entity.

  • The total amount of your contributions to Meg for Merrimack does not exceed $15,000 for the current two-year election cycle.

  • You understand that New Hampshire law requires political committees to report the name and mailing address of all contributors giving at any level, with only those contributing $50 or less in an election cycle not subject to public disclosure. Additionally, the occupation and principal place of business of contributors giving more than $200 in an election is required to be reported and publicly disclosed.

  • You understand that your contribution is not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes.

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident (e.g., green card holder).
