By affirmatively opting-in via online enrollment forms or other means, you hereby recognize and agree you are providing your express written consent to receive recurring mobile messages from multiple long codes or any short code, including successor short codes, used by Us at the provided phone number and that you have the authority to opt-in the provided phone number. Messages may be sent by Us directly or by third-parties acting on our behalf.  By participating/opting-in, YOU HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RECEIVE MOBILE MARKETING MESSAGES DELIVERED VIA AN AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE DIALER SYSTEM, PRE-RECORDED VOICE, OR ARTIFICIAL VOICE FROM US AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT CONSENT IS NOT REQUIRED AS A CONDITION TO PARTICIPATE IN OTHER NON-TEXTING PROGRAMS OR TO MAKE ANY CONTRIBUTION TO US.

You may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt out and you hereby consent to the receipt of such opt out confirmation message. The entity sending such text will be the entity that processes your opt-out request. You may also contact Us via the means provided below and clearly communicate your intent to unsubscribe and from receiving communications from Meg for Merrimack.
